Our Equipment
Our continuous batch washers and huge industrial dryers allow multiple washing programs and loads at any given time and deliver an end result second-to-none. Both sites operate automated ironers, providing fresh and crisp linen folded to client specifications.
We ensure consistent standards through our schedule of regular maintenance programs, equipment updates and recalibrations, and always have contingency machines at the ready to ensure a reliable around the clock service without interruption.
Proven Technology
Our production processes are computerised, with pre-set programs to meet any specific wash requirements. We partner with JayChem Australia who regularly test that our wash formulas meet Australian Standards and hospital-grade infection control protocols.
Blueline Laundry utilises computer tracking and recording of laundry data, including the measuring of cleaned linen. This allows us to provide individual customers with washing cycle reports, which can be used to analyse costs and improve efficiencies.
Compliance and Certification
As an organisation, Blueline Laundry’s Quality Management Standards are independently certified to comply with ISO 9001. We are committed to quality.
Our laundry washes to Australian Standard AS 4146, with all wash formulas and cycles managed by our partner JayChem Australia.
As a leading employer of people with a disability, Blueline Laundry is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, an independent agency established to regulate NDIS providers.
